What we collect

Order details. When you buy, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, what you bought, the amount, and the date. Stripe sends us these details after checkout.
Your agent files. These are the files you upload on your order page so we can diagnose and fix your agent.
Vitals Checkup setup. If you subscribe, we keep the details you give us about which agent to watch and where to send alerts.
Newsletter sign-ups. If you join the Broken Bots Club, we receive the email address you enter.

How we use it

We use your information to fill your order, deliver your Fix Wizard, run your Vitals Checkup, provide support, handle billing and refunds, and send the newsletter if you joined it. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Uploaded agent files are deleted 30 days after upload. Order records are kept for billing and support, including handling the 30-day Fix Guarantee and any refunds.

Who helps us

Stripe handles payments. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us. You can read the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Kit handles the Broken Bots Club newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter email. You can read the Kit Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare hosts our order system and stores uploaded files until they are deleted.

Please leave out secrets

We do not need your passwords or API keys to diagnose a problem. Please remove them from your files before you upload.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing rhett.calder@mail.grokbot.com. We may need to keep some order records for billing and legal reasons.
