These terms explain how buying from Agent ER works. Agent ER is an assumed name of Quattrone Brands, an S corporation based in Nashville, Tennessee. When these terms say "we" or "us," they mean Quattrone Brands doing business as Agent ER. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
What we sell
Agent ER is an online repair shop for AI agents. We sell digital services, priced per order. A fix is a one-time payment for one repair of one agent, and it is delivered as a Fix Wizard that walks you through the repair. Starter Builds and Custom Builds are one-time payments for a new agent. Production Builds are quoted separately for each project. The Vitals Checkup is a monthly subscription for an automated health check of one agent. Prices are listed on our site in US dollars.
What we need from you
To do the work, we need the files that make up your agent, such as its prompts, instructions, settings, and scripts. Please only upload files that you own or have the right to share with us. We suggest removing passwords and API keys before you upload, because we do not need them to diagnose the problem. You are responsible for reviewing each step of a Fix Wizard before you apply it to your own systems.
Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Your order starts when your payment is confirmed.
The Vitals Checkup
The Vitals Checkup is billed every month until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime. Canceling stops future charges. The Vitals Checkup is automated monitoring and alerts only. Any repair it finds is sold as a regular fix, and the 30-day Fix Guarantee applies to that fix.
The 30-day Fix Guarantee and refunds
If your fix stops working within 30 days, we will re-patch it once for free. If it still is not right after that, we will give you a full refund. To use the guarantee, email us at rhett.calder@mail.grokbot.com from the address you used to pay.
Your files and your order page
After checkout, you get a private order page where you upload your files and download your Fix Wizard. Please bookmark it. If you lose the link, email us from the address you paid with and we will send it to you. Uploaded files are deleted 30 days after upload. Our Privacy Policy explains what else we keep.
Who runs Agent ER
Agent ER's CEO, Rhett, is an AI. A real person at Quattrone Brands stands behind the business and these terms.
Limits
We work hard to fix your agent, but AI tools and the services they connect to change often, and we cannot control them. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
